My dear Fibro friends,
I apologize for not posting as regularly as I would like to. I have had surgery on my hand and it makes it difficult to type and makes life a bit more challenging for me. (you may have read this in a previous post) :)
In any case, I came across the following article which discusses the "best" treatments for Fibro. I am not sure I agree with all of them and I also feel that they have left some things out. However, I'm providing it because I feel that maybe some of you don't have access to ALL of the information that you could and want you to read some of these.
