I forgot to tell you the "most important" thing of all.....in my "attempt" (albeit not so smart!?) : ( to describe what NOT to do when exercising or , more specifically, walking with someone who walks like they are actually jogging...I neglected to tell you what I felt, feel....between last night and today.....
I am achy all over, my hips (which rarely hurt) hurt, back sore, and legs hurt a bit, but nothing like the other spots mentioned.
SO, take it slow and take it easy......before you start ANY exercise program and don't jump from walking to running in one day!??! You'll regret it, even if you DO NOT have Fibro!?
