I find weekends a bit difficult. I feel that I often don't have much direction as far as what I am doing and therefore I feel a bit "depressed".
First, I hate waking up late. I am usually able to "push" myself out of bed by 8 but today I stayed until 10.
I woke up to a huge storm.
I think it's important that before you go to bed at night, to think about your plans for the following day. These plans don't have to be anything strenuous. Just have to get us out of bed "reasonably" early (that is a personal choice, but I'm shooting for 5:30 am...I agree that's crazy!). For you, if you're getting up at noon, try for 10 am, but do it slowly. Try half hour increments.
Then, plan to do one or two things, maybe one chore and one thing that you enjoy just to keep you on track.
Depression can set in for "us" very quickly. It's important that you develop a "purpose" and some goals so that you don't fall into the "poor me", "lonely" and eventually depressed trap.
I appreciate your ideas.....and PLEASE read the two posts prior to this one. I think you'll find them "eye-opening" and possibly helpful!
Until later....
Blessings........
