Fibro friends, do you also get MIGRAINES?

As if we didn't have enough to deal with, some of us with Fibro, also get migraines. 

I had someone say to me the other day, I don't "think" I've ever had a migraine....

Well, I replied politely that they WOULD know if they had ever had one. A migraine is NOT something that you forget. You'd certainly like to forget it, but you probably never will. 

The pain makes a headache seem like a "walk in the park"!

Here's an interesting "slide show" on migraines that I found to be very informative. I DO get migraines but they are very infrequent lately. I almost always have the "aura" warning and usually am VERY tired the day before a migraine. (That last part, I just discovered was related to migraines from this article!)
