Fibro friends, are you drinking enough?

NO! I do NOT mean, appletini's, wine or beer!?! : )

Actually alcohol is poison to a Fibro sufferer. Why would anyone want to feel 'worse' than they already do?! 

But I'm actually talking about water. 

I'm going to give you a challenge. Here it is: 

For the next 7 days, try drinking half of your weight in ounces of WATER per day. So, IF I weigh 140 lbs., I should drink 70 oz of water. Drink more if you exercise or sweat a lot!

 I'm not talking about iced -T, fruit juice, soda or anything else. I'm talking about WATER. If it's boring to you, squeeze a bit of lemon in. 

I want to know if you feel any better at the end of the 7 days. 

Dehydration can cause you to feel lousy, tired, anxious, hungry, and can give you a headache. So, why not give it a shot. 

What I do is keep an insulated container with me all day. I take it everywhere. 

Do it starting today and remember coffee, tea, soda and juice DO NOT count. They are either too sugary, have artificial chemicals, or have caffeine which is actually dehydrating. 

I feel better....so WHY wouldn't you try it? 

Try a healthy challenge. 

It's an easy way to feel better.
