Fibro friends, are you going to bed earlier tonight?

If so, take a look at the following link to see if you are doing EVERYTHING that you possibly can to make your sleep the "best it can be". I know with Fibro that isn't an easy task, but these ideas might help.

If you notice, they do advocate the "E" word (exercise, sorry!!?), but don't do it too close to bedtime. My time of preference for exercise is in the morning, after my pills start to work. : )

Any comments are welcomed....well, as long as they are "decent" and "helpful".
