Dear Fibro friends, today I'm specifically looking to find anyone in the Eastern Morris, Western Passaic, and Southwestern Bergen County areas who would like to join me in starting a slow and very Fibro friendly exercise program. We could base the location on where we get the most people....that is if we get anyone at all. But I am eternally hopeful and, if no one is interested, I still have my own program that works. I just feel it's time for me to help others feel better, just not myself!?!? If something works in life, I believe you should share it with others.
I have worked up to certain level and I would love to help you do the same.
But I would need you to respond to me.
If you are interested, I will get in touch with you via email and we can plan a place to meet and discuss the possibility of this over coffee or whatever you enjoy!
I was just coming from my exercise thinking about involving others.
Although I've gotten used to my time alone, I feel it may be of value to include others and help them.
Of course, there are a couple things to consider if you are interested in pursuing this:
1 - Please check with your doctor to see if he/she agrees you're ready for something like this, and
2 - Please check "within" your own mind and heart and see if you're ready to make a commitment to your own well-being.
Exercise is such a huge part of feeling better with Fibro. It will NOT cure you, but it can make you feel "less" lazy, quite a bit stronger and help with your sleep patterns. In helping with your sleep patterns as well as improving your mood, your pain levels will seem to drop. Mine did. I feel less of that "flu-like feeling.
But it requires a commitment and consistency....just like anything else worth pursuing in life, health, love, happiness, your passion, a hobby, etc. All of those things require commitment and consistency or they won't flourish.
Also, since tomorrow is Sunday, consider your commitment to God and how your relationship is going there. God needs your consistency and commitment too. We'll talk more about that in another post.
Until later...
Blessings.......
Mo M.
