Fibro and Mondays..... :)

I think Mondays are difficult for everyone. But I think they can be even more difficult for us, who suffer in chronic pain, fatigue, etc., and wonder what we'll do with our week or, if we are still working, how on earth we will get through it.

For me, if I try to do anymore than one MAIN physical thing per day,  be it grocery shopping, exercise, a day out at a museum in NYC, a day at the shore, etc., I cannot do much more than that. So, right now I am pretty drained. I'll be as brief as I can possibly be! ; )

I am still trying to discover what my purpose is on this earth with Fibro. What I DO know for sure is that I want to reach out to all of you and help you somehow. I don't want my days to be filled with household chores. That, to me, is a waste of what God has blessed me with.

At any rate, I have some ideas for future articles/posts: and I'm working on some of them already:

- For those who are still at work, how to make work a more comfortable, more fibro friendly place.
- For those who do not work, and have left just recently, how to navigate the disability process.
- How to get the best chance of approval for SSDI and what to do once  you've received your award or denial letter.
- How medicare works with other insurance.
- Can I work if I'm collecting SSDI?
- What about my financial future? What about retirement, etc.:?
- How to simplify my financial life.
- Diet for Fibro - what to eat, what not to eat
- Exercise and Fibro - yes, there's more!
- Stress and Fibro - "hitting bottom" with Fibro. Don't worry, it's not as scary as it sounds.
- Faith and Fibro - is there a relationship and an God really help? This is going to depend a lot upon YOU!
- Friends and Fibro - Do we lose friends when we have Fibro?

This is just the beginning of what I want to explore with you. Feel free to add to the idea list.

At any rate, I am here to help you. Please feel free to comment and ask questions. I would love it!

Now, it's time for bed...for me. :)

Sleep well my dear Fibro friends.

Blessings...........................

Mo M.
