Good evening (here on the east coast of the US, it's about 7:30)!
I wonder if any of you tried what I suggested in the earlier post(from last night) about Fibro and Monday mornings. (Makes me think of that "old" Mamas and Papas song....sha nah, sha nah nah Monday Monday.... ; )
I asked you to take even five minutes, if possible, first thing in the morning to spend with God.
I felt hypocritical NOT doing it, and honestly quite often I DO IT! So, yes, I spent about 15 minutes praying and reading some bible passages this morning.
My day was INFINITELY better than it was on days I hadn't done this.
I'm going to try it again tomorrow...and make a commitment to do it every day.
You know what? I think, starting your day on the "right foot", in other words, with God, is a surefire way to have as great a day as possible with Fibro.
Why not control the things you can control? Invite the Lord into your mornings!
You'll see a dramatic change in your life!
I'd love to hear from you on this! I will follow up as well!
Have a wonderful, pain free evening my dear Fibro friends!
Blessings.......
Mo M.
