Miracles DO happen....

....yesterday....I cleaned the lower level of my house. I always end up in pain by the end of the day on Thursday. I try really hard NOT to take any extra medications. 

Last night, finished cleaning the lower level and had to clean my daughter's bathroom upstairs. 

I had no pain after cleaning. 

Praise God. I had no pain and I always have a boatload. 

I worked as hard, if not harder than I normally do. I clean the kitchen top to bottom, dust, vacuum each of the 5 rooms, and finally I wet mop and, on hands and knees scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom floors. 

God is good. My blessings are many. 

I feel that he has instilled in my the DISCIPLINE to exercise and get stronger. We'll talk more about that soon. 

This is a clear benefit of discipline and my belief in God.
