I don't FEELLLL like...

Cleaning my house .... but Thursday is the day I do it. So, I AM going to do it. 


I'm going to try something different though. 


I often feel like I go through the motions and move things around and 'clean around the mess'...but the clutter is amazing. 


I have mountains of clutter that I need to deal with. 


So, before I clean today, I'm going to try something new. 


For the first 30 minutes, I am going to go through the house with 3 bags...


1 - Garbage


2 - Doesn't belong here


3 - Recycling (we do that hear in Northern Jersey) - so I'll need two bags for this, paper and plastic/glass. 


So a total of 4 bags and I will go through every room and remove as much JUNK or "misplaced" NON-junk, as I can. 


Then I will begin as I always do, in the kitchen....cleaning everything with natural cleaners. I will talk about natural cleaning in my next post. 


Now, I know some of you cannot clean and have help. I don't have help, so I have to clean. But take breaks every five to ten minutes if you're cleaning on your own. Your BODY will thank you!

PS Also, carry a water bottle around with you....you need water....your body needs water.....keep it hydrated to avoid the fatigue that often accompanies dehydration.
