How did you do with the former post?

Good morning (depending on where you are in the world) I am one who isn't a quitter. I may get discouraged once in a while, but it doesn't take me long to get back on my feet again.

In any case, I've come to realize that I can only expect so much from myself.

Last night, my "plan" was to get up early and do something inspirational (reading, praying) and I did only ONE of those things. I actually didn't get up early. But that is the benefit of being on disability. I did watch a very inspirational show...and I'll speak more about that in the future. : )

So, don't be too hard on yourself. EVERY day is  NEW opportunity to try something that will benefit YOU.

The important thing with Fibro is letting go of the "old" expectations and replacing them with new, doable things.

Don't give up on yourself. Try one or two things. If you do ONE, it's one more than had you done nothing.

What will you try tomorrow? What will benefit you and those around you?

Blessings...

Mo M.
