The First Day of the Rest of your Life with Fibro

Do you know that feeling that you get on New Year's Day? Or possibly it's your birthday?

It's that feeling of starting new again, starting over and doing things differently AKA better? Have you felt that? I love that feeling.

Well, I'm here to tell you that, over the years, I've enjoyed that feeling so much that I've made it a weekly occurrence, as much as possible.

Thinking about it, it's Sunday night here on the east coast of the US. So, I can start a new "habit" tomorrow, a new health practice, a new way of doing things that will be easier.

What is the one thing that you would change and can change about your life right now that would make life easier, more pleasant and less stressful. For me, it's getting up earlier, reading something inspirational BEFORE I put on the "news" and making sure I fit in time for exercise. I have been getting up a bit later than I'd like and I feel like I run around and rush too much the rest of the day. That lends itself to stress.

Why not make tomorrow the first day you try something new and helpful too?

I'll try to get up earlier to give my day less stress?

What will you try to do to improve your life tomorrow? It's a brand new start and you never know how great a small change in your life could be? You never know what might happen tomorrow! How exciting!

Remember, when you wake up, say "Thank you!" three times and then start your "new" day, with a positive change.

Life is good! It can be even better!

Blessings!

Mo M.
